1. cma grid (one liner one unit per line) of all houses near Metropark Train Station with status A,AR,U and C for past 12 months, preferred within 2 miles, that is walking distance.

so that many of my buyer friends, colleagues, relatives ...etc moving to the area can see for themselves directly when I forward the link of this Q&A... Thanks.
