This is not truly Plum Creek, it's the Silverado subdivision. And worse yet, all the homes in this subdivision are Centex built homes. One of the worst risks you can take is buying into a neighborhood where all the homes are built by the same builder. And in my opinion, Centex has had it's share of problems. You'll also find that the appreciation value in this particular neighborhood has been very, very challenged. While it looks good because you get a lot of square footage for the price, there's a reason for this, and it's not good.
This is the risk you run of trying to use services, or be enabled by others, to look for your home without expert help. There is no shortage of people who will let you buy whatever you want wherever you want it, but that's unlikely to be in your best interest.
