Is this home a foreclosure?
Does anyone know if this home is a foreclosure? I tried to contact the listing agent but my email was bounced back. It seems pretty small and there are no interior pics but it's a very nice area and the taxes are pretty low.

Yes, back in March 25 they had an accepted offer on this house, buyer back out, the price has been reduced to $219,000 and house is still available.

This is a short sale transaction (pre-foreclosure). I called the listing office and found out that there is a first accepted offer and they are not showing this home at this time.
