Is this definately a townhome because I have seen very similar listings however those properties were listed?

As Chris said--these are garden style brick apartments (co-ops), converted over twenty years ago. However, right next door is a townhome complex (Willoughby) and there is a townhome for sale at 12A Olde Willow Way for $589,000 also in Briarcliff Manor. It is a 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath home, end unit with attached garage.
There are two other townhome communities in Briarcliff--Wyndcrest and Briarcliff Commons. There are currently townhomes for sale in each. I would be happy to help you look. I hope this is helpful.

Hi, These are garden style Coops. Garden style means 1-3 level building not necessarily all in one unit. This particular unit is "In Contract" as per the MLS.
