I think perhaps Amy is looking at the wrong listing. It very clearly states that Short Sale Approval is required and even mentions the names and numbers of banks involved in the agent remarks. And since the status is listed as AWC (Active with Contigencies), they already have an offer, so I would recommend moving on.

No, as others have said it is a short sale with a contract already on it. Which means that chances of anyone placing an offer now and getting it are very slim.
