I just sold a unit in this development last month. Nice quiet units and my buyer is ecstatic with her 1 bedroom unit. There is an excersize room and an indoor pool. This is what is called a garden level unit. you walk in the door and go down about 6 stairs and then down the hall to your condo. Let me know if I can help you with this or any other purchase in the Denver Metro area. I also have great lenders to work with. Condos have different and sometimes confusing financial issues to work with. Thanks for posting on Trulia. Best of success in finding what you need.

This is a first floor garden level unit. If you'll send me your email address I can forward 15 additional photos to you.

Yes there are stairs involved in this complex as some of the others have stated. I have sold units in the past in this complex. It is an older complex that is located in southeast Denver close to the Denver Tech Center. Let me know if you have any questions and I would be glad to answer. I can be reached on 303-589-6692 or

When you enter the building you go down some stairs for the first floor and you go up some stairs for the 2nd floor, so there are stairs involved. If you are looking for an main floor unit with no stairs, I would be glad to help you in that search.

By pictures, looks like it might actually be a ground floor unit, actually 1/2 story below the main entrance.
