Looks like 10504 Glowing Cove, bought Dec 2002, had a Las Vegas city lien filed against the owner on March 23. There was an HOA lien filed last year, but that appears to have been released.

Nisha,

As a Licensed Real Estate agent in Las Vegas Nevada I can not find this on the MLS as available for rent or currently leased. I have found a few homes located on that street that are currently leased as well as history information suggesting the price to be around 1300 per month. Although this home is not on the MLS listing service for local real estate agents it does not trulty eliminate the possibility of it being privately listed with this particular company. It could also be a price error or a scam... you know the saying "if it sounds to good to be true it probably is". Hope this information was helpful. Let me know if you would like some help finding a home to rent I can help you with this process at no charge to you.

This is a tact used by some owners whose homes are in the foreclosure process. Just to keep a renter in the house they will offer below market rent as long as you pay 6 months rent in advance. The problem for the tenant is, because you are paying less than market rent, you loose some of the protections provided by law when the house is eventually foreclosed. Good luck!
