Other agents already answered questions, yes it was and did already sale.

If not working an agent already in your search, would love to make your home search easier, even if just starting the initial browsing process. I also have lenders that can do quick pre-quals to make sure you' re looking in your comfort price range as well as how much money you might need to buy a home and/or for closing.
