If you would like information on communities that are not 55+, would allow pets, and/or could be rented right away please contact me and let me know what your price point is and I will be happy to do a computer search for that criteria.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

This Boca Raton condo is in Boca West a beautifully maintained country club in Boca with three golf courses of its own. You wil have to pay an additional $75,000 equity fee in cash, up front, in order to move in. Also, your yearly country fees will run from around $15,000 at a minimum.

There are also HOA fees of $1441 per quarter. Pets are not allowed in this Boca condo, nor are they allowed in any home in Boca West.

Once you own it, you can rent it out. However, you are responsible for all of the HOA fees and country club dues.

If you come across condos in Boca that appear to be in excellent condition and in a highly desirable location and are priced well below the market, you can be certain that these condos are located in Country Clubs in Boca. Demand for these Boca condos has dropped in this economy because of the equity and club fees that accompany those condos.
