Hi Cliff - Just one side is for sale:) Townhomes in Seattle are popular and a great way to get into a primo property without dues, etc. You would share the wall in the middle - usually there are agreements in place for joint maintenance of the wall.
This is referred to as a zero-lot townhome. It has a shared common wall with the unit next door. There are maintenance and easement agreements on title, but no formal HOA or dues like you would have with a condo.
Its a townhouse. Only one unit is included.
