Asked by jebus, Portland, OR Sun Jan 24, 2010

I just drove through here yesterday, and didn't see any signs indicating there was a house for sale. Just wondering why that might be.

That is a Realtytrac listing and they tend to have old information. That property was repossessed on 9/24/09 for $116,336 then sold on the MLS for $182,500 on 10/30/09.

It certainly looks as if you are looking to purchase a home. Are you a First Time Homebuyer or are you looking for a rental? What ever the case it is wise to get pre approved by a Mortgage Bank or Lender before you write up an offer. I would be happy to help you out with this process if you would like. Please give me a call or if you like I can meet with you and show you the steps involved in buying a home. My office is in Tigard just off I5. Thanks. Jebus.

This one has gone back to the bank according to RealtyTrac. If you are interested I will contact the lender for you directly.

That may bear some fruit. Give me a call and we can discuss this. It will not cost you anything.

Let me know.

Hello Jebus,

I see you had a question regarding this property. I did some checking and see there is no property currently listed matching this discription and I believe the reason why is because it has been sold and should no longer be listed on Trulia. The Trulia listing you referred to shows its been on Trulia for 115 days. That is a good indicator that a home in that price range is long gone.

If you are looking for a property I would like to help you find something. As a matter of fact, I have a listing coming on the market in about a week- very close to the area where that listing was. It's just off Wabash North of Lombard in St. Johns area. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car attached garage, fenced lot with 760 square feet . The price will be near $139K (negotiable) in as-is condition--- or more if a buyer would want the seller to put in the new kitchen, bath and carpet. If you would like to see it please give me a call. If this doesn't work for you I can certainly help you find the right home. Feel Free To Call Me!

Also, let me know if you would like to have me send you other homes matching a specific criteria.

Dear Jebus,
What is the actual address? There are a lot of properties listed as bank owned that will not have signage. They also do auctions online with bank owned. Call 503-936-2432 and go on to my website. I have info on bank owned and short sale processing that may help.
