Hi,
You had asked about city water and sewer at 7 Samantha lane in Madison. The answer to both is no. The only public water in Madison is along Rte 1. There is no city sewer in any part of Madison. Also this home is on "show" status which means it does have an offer on it.

Hi "Mom" from North Branford,
For the most part, Madison has well and septic; however, if you live close to town, you might be able to city water and public gas...I recently converted my home to gas from oil with SCG and am saving a lot of money in heating bills!
Call me if you'd like any further information about Madison; I'd be glad to help.
