A local Realtor would be able to do this for you. They could also alert you of other homes available in this Subdivision. Please let me know if you need further details.

Kristen, this is such a great and universal question across the country. If I may suggest to you and all potential buyers who are watching the listings to build a relationship with a local Realtor and then not only will you be aware when a property comes back on the market but any new and similar appear in your search parameter you will get it instantly not days later.
