This property is not actively on the market for sale. Trulia has a data feed from realtytrac which tracks foreclosures and short sales and often those searching on Trulia think they are listings actively marketed for sale when they are not (yet at least).

Here is everything on the market in Dorchester. Plenty of similar properties you can make offers on:…

30 Thornley Street in Dorchester is a duplex and was foreclosed on by Bank of New York Mellon in December of 2011. It is not yet on the market for sale. If you would like to see similar properties that are currently for sale you can go to my website, and sign up for updates as properties hit the market. You can set it up for daily, every other day or certain days of the week. It can get confusing when looking for foreclosures as to what is actually available. Once a property is foreclosed on and the lender or bank has taken title back to the property it can be anywhere from days to years before it actually hits the market for sale.
