lease to own property arrangements are scary- for the owner not the renter. I would never involve my house in that tyope situation-matter of fact I'd run away fast

Hi Edward,

It shows on MLS that seller has accepted offer.
You offer may not be too attractive for the seller now.
But for sure you can try to move on with an offer if property will become available.

The best way to answer that question is to write an offer. Even the listing agent can not foresee the true feelings of the sellers. Written offers will get a more clear response than anything verbal. You do need an experienced broker (or agent) to write an offer though.
