Hey! This house expired from the MLS system. I just happened to have talked with the owner/builder today. His prior agent is now inactive and I asked if he was going to relist and, if so, if he would consider listing with us. He said he would consider it but another agent showed it recently and he is supposedly getting an offer in for $340,000. However, he has not seen the offer yet. I am showing it tomorrow to a couple that will be looking for a builder to build on their lot. If you guys could go $340,000 without the BMC membership he is obviously willing to take that.
