I do not see any restrictions for a fence either and there are homes in the immediate area that have fences so I would say you are fine with a fence.
There may be a county restriction as to how high the fence can be in the front yard.
Also, the MLS listing is currenty showing that there is a contract on this property. The listing office is still advertising it because they are looking for back up offers just in case the first one were to fall apart.
