Brenda, Home Buyer in North Brunswick, NJ

Is the nearby beach available for public use, or just to certain residents? I heard from a local friend that a pass may be necessary.

There are 2 beaches near this address, Ocean Gate beach which is on the Toms River and they do require beach badges (daily or seasonally). The other nearby beach is Berkeley Island Park which is on the Barnegat Bay and overseen by Ocean county Park. This beach is open daily and is staffed with a lifeguard. There is no fee for this beach. It is beautiful and offers picnic grounds w/bbq grills, playground for the kids and even crabbing off the dock.
