It appears to be an ADU that's being rented out, not the whole house. Accessory Dwelling Unit - a room in the basement, like a studio apartment. You can see in the ad that the square feet of the unit is listed as 535, so obviously it's not the whole house. This home is also on the market for sale. I am not associated with it, just did some research on the computer. (you can learn a lot by Googling an address.) Be sure the person renting it out is the owner or property manager, and meet them at the property. Never send money to a stranger and before seeing the unit. Do your research first. There are a lot of scams going around where someone posts a place for rent that is only for sale. I don't know if this is the case here, but just use common sense.

This property is for SALE. Currently it is not rented !

If used as rental the three bedroom should get maybe1050 and the single unit in back 700.
