The mobile home you are asking about is currently NOT available, as it was cancelled due to illness. It was not a rental it was a regular sale.

However, I need to point out, to purchase this mobile home you will probably need at least 30% down ( $44,000 APX), and your taxes will be APX. $1,490,000 per year and the Space Rent is $567.00 per month. Your total annually Tax and Rent will be $6,806.00.

Considering you can by a $200,000 single family home with as little as down as 3.5% ($7,000.00) and have payments as low as $917,000 at 4%, it would cost less to buy a normal home that will gain equity faster than a mobile home.

This listing was cancelled a couple of weeks ago. Space rent is $567 per month and it is an age-restricted park.
