It's not clear which website you are getting your information from, so I cannot address your question with accuracy. However, when I have a client looking for a particular type of house, let's say a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a 2 car garage built in 2000 or newer, with a basement on 1/2 acre or larger lot in a particular school district, (just to give an example), I set them up their own customized search. I use a program that gives each of my clients a personalized website that has only the houses that match their particular criteria. It's updated daily, directly from the multiple listing service, which includes foreclosures. It has pictures, prices, descriptions, maps and directions. It is interactive, meaning they can sort the properties into likes, dislikes and possibilities, thus eliminating the need to scroll through the same houses repeatedly. This is a complimentary service I provide for all of my clients.
