The Esplanade Building is four stories. There are not any for sale in that particular building right now. We do have others in Playa Vista. My team and I also have a pocket listing in Playa Vista.
Please get in touch with me so that I can make arrangements to show you properties. I am an original Playa Vista homeowner, being one of the first real estate agents living here. You are in good hands.
Thank you.

Hello, this is a single level condo in a two story building, but it sold back on January 4th and currently there is only one other unit taking back up offers only.

Unfortunately, this property has sold.
I'd be happy to show you others.

The picture I found shows three stories.

#208 is usually on the second floor.

Hi Al, thanks for your reply. I am not trying to buy, I am trying to provide the insurance for a client moving in here. I need to know the number of stories in order to be able to provide earthquake insurance. Janet.
