this condo community has based on their cc&r's - rules & regulations following restrictions in regards renting . . a new owner of a condo unit in subject community needs to contact their management to have put his name on the called 'waiting list' due to this association has a certain percentage - a rental cap, that can not be exceeded . . (had once a experience with this community as sellers agent for a seller of a unit).
If you're interested in buying a investment property (condo unit), you need to watch out, what community has any type of rental restrictions, while even some of them have rules that don't alow renting at all!
Don't make a mistake . . that's not then a ' investment property'!
