Is it sold?
Hi, I'm a little confused, this site says that the house is sold but it doesn't show sold in any brokers website, could you please let me know what's the status? Thank you very much.

FIRST ANSWER
It looks like this property was sold for $387K in 05. Another loan of $356K and one for $45K were taken out on this home in 07. It may be going into foreclosure.
