Kevin had a good answer below. The only thing I would add is that in a condex, because there are only two units in the condominium association, if the two owners want to divide up the land and designate each side as exclusive use, that is allowable. It would take revising the Master Deed, but it isn't heavy lifting for a real estate attorney.

You would have to look at the condo docs to see if that was allowed by the condo association. Looked at the deed real quick the land appears to be common to both units and offer limited exclusive use off the back and front.... probably meaning the deck and driveway.

The short answer is probably not, because the way the deed is written the entire parcel is for the use of both parties. Very few condominiums deed a parcel of land or give common exclusive use, though occassionally you do run into it.
