I checked out the link and if you read the text thoroughly it says price might not include lot. Because that is one incredible price. I also have to confess that agent is in my company and I had buyer clients last fall who saw one of his fantastic deals on the web and when I called him he could not come up with anything close to what they had seen. Maybe he does better with customers who call, than agents.
In any case, a LOT has to do with zoning and whether the municipality will accept a manufactured house on the lot. If you think that you are going to save money, however, probably you won't even if there are neighborhoods in Ches & VB you can put manufactured housing on. I am sure my worthy fellow colleagues will jump in here and give their opinions. I use the municode website myself. Also, I have been told by my main squeeze loan officer there is NO financing for land anymore (used to be 10% down). You must have the cash OR you need to persuade the seller to finance.

The home you asked about is the Rosecrest Model, it is actually a on site/stick built home. We have several models that we can do modular/systems built homes if that is your preference. We do not do Manufactured housing, but we would love to help you with most any other style of building.
