Hi Melanie,

This condo is in a great location and is in great shape. Regarding financing, as long as your credit score and debt to income ratio falls within the lending guidelines, obtaining financing should not be a problem. I just had a client who was 18 years old, had a job for a couple of years and she just purchased her first home. So yes it is possible.

If you would like any further information, I can be contacted at kenkoger@gmail.com, or 850-621-3247. You can also preview my website at http://www.kenkogersellsnwf.com.

Take care and have a great day!

You are in my neighborhood...I'd love to arrange for you to see this, but first I would suggest you check with a lender to see if it's actually possible. Your second phone call might be to me to make an appointment to go see this Check my website for other properties. http://BluewaterBayHomesOnline.com and my facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bluewater-Bay-Niceville-FL-Hom…

Hi Melanie, well the answer to the first part of your question is yes, this Condo is available for purchase. It is currently still occupied, and has been approved for VA financing as well. Not all condo complexes are approved for Government financing, but this one is so that's good news. FYI it also has a monthly association fee of $256.

Next which is actually your most important step, it to find out what you can financially afford/what a lender is willing to give you a loan for. which is called a pre qualification, and will only take a few minutes on the phone. If you don't have a lender in mind that you'd like to work with, I'd be happy to recommend a couple for you. If you like I'd be happy to meet with you at your convenience for a first time home buyer counselling session, which will answer a lot of your questions and put you on the right track to having a great home buying experience.
