The Units at Creekside have a very good location on the Fall River and is very popular with vacation guests coming to Estes Park.

Being able to manage the property yourselves for the purpose of short term rentals depend on the Covenants of the Homeowner's Association on the property.

I contacted the Homeowners Association for you and confirmed that only the on site management company is allowed to manage the property in this location.

There are several other Condos and locations around Estes Park that do allow you to manage the property yourself. I'd be happy to send you a few that are available if you are interested.
