Funny thing is your link shows a property that has a "withdrawn" status. However, when I checked the MLS it was still active. The HOA is $489 per month. In addition the fine print says "pet restriction/trust conservatorship". So, before you schedule an appointment, if you have a pet, I would ask what the restrictions are for the unit.

One of the other answers below says to call the listing agent. While California does allow dual agency where the agent can represent both buyer and seller, you have to understand that the listing agent has a primary fiduciary responsibility to the seller. In other words, they put the seller's interests ahead of yours. I advise against it.

The unit also says "Please submit all offers with Credit Reports, Source of funds, Pre-qualifying letter and copy of Earnest Deposit Check". So, if you are just looking, please let the agent know at the start, whichever agent you use.

It is on a lock box, that is, an electronic box that most agents in the area can use to open it up. It also says call listing agent prior to showing. Sometimes that means that there may be someone living in the unit and so you might need to schedule an appointment.

This particular property is off the market right now. I will agree with Allyson and ask that you to find an agent in the area your looking in. That agent will lookout for your best interest.

This particular property is off the market. Find an agent to work with and they can show you any listed properties that you like. It works better than contacting all the listing agents for the properties you like.
