Thank you for asking the question. Owning week 30 is a prime summer week. Currently there are 40 primary weeks in three and four bedroom homes available ranging from $75,750 to $183,000 for weeks 30-40 in several different homes. The highest sale price, $200,000 for a four bedroom home with a July primary week at 12339 Lookout Loop, sold last month. Prior to that all the resales for the past year where under $150,000. thank you for your interest. Currently there is one 2nd week in Aug listed by the developer at $196,000. There have only been a couple of sales a month at Old Greenwood. It is not a good time to list, as everyone is VERY competitive. What were you thinking would be an attractive price?
