The condo association fees are listed as $488/month. And the HOA is 69 every 6 months. This property however is undercontract.

I recommend you go to the upper green bar, click on "Find a Pro" then type the zipcode 33602. A list of local agents will open, read and chose one of them, ask them to place you on alert for condos on PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDO, this is a free service to buyers. Thank you very much for answering my question about the HOA fees and for letting me know about getting placed on alert for condos in Parkcrest Harbour Island condos, I will defiantly request to get placed on this list.

Correabike,

The condo fees are based upon square footage of the unit. Here is an average, $388/month plus $68/ semi annually, The fees include: Bldg Exter, Comm Pool, Flood Insur, Ground Mtnce, Bldg Insur, Manager, Roof, Security, Trash Remv, Water/Sewer
