Firs you would get pre-approved by a bank to make certain this property is one you can afford and then you simply need to make an offer that includes a price and terms you are comfortable with. If the offer gets accepted, you would conduct your inspection (and any other terms you had in the offer) and move to the purchase and sale contract. Once this is executed you would need to satisfy your mortgage application and commitment (if you are financing) and then close on the home, get your keys and move in,

Hi Geneva,
This unit sold last June for $330k. Unit 21 is currently on the market for 324k. It is similar with 2 beds and 2 baths it does however have @ 80sq.ft less living space. Let me know if I can be of any help to you.

Geneva-
Once you have been preapproved for financing, if you require financing,
you can arrange to look at the unit. If it interests you, you can then make an offer on it with a good Buyers' Agent. The ongoing process in purchasing can be explained if you wish to go further.
