When the prior owner listed the house for sale, they most likely included in their listing agreement permission for the Broker to take and use photographs in their marketing, as well as consent to have those images plastered all over the internet. The photos are attached to the listing, and then submitted to many different advertising portals. Many times our photos end up on websites that we as brokers don't know about or even have control over. Listings are often scrubbed from syndication sources, marketing partners and affiliates of the original listing company.
Though you might own the house now, the photos are the property of the Broker who took them, and the prior owner consented to their use. I'd recommend contacting the last listing agent to see if they can find a way to have the photos removed. If you need that person's contact info, I'm glad to help with that.
