Israel:

The home still shows as active on MLS.
Banks usually wait to have all signed addendum before placing a home in pending status.
Therefore at this time the bank has not made a final decision or if they did still have not received all documents signed.

Sometimes if the selected offer fails to provide the paperwork, the bank contact the back up offers. There might be good news still coming

Hi Israel,
Once you have placed an offer, the best way is always to talk to your agent.
If your agent dont answer the phone or by E-Mail, call his Real Estate company and talk to his or her Broker about the issue.
But remember that Bank Owned propertie always take longer than a regular Real Estate offer.
Good Luck!!!

Israel,

This information including the winning bid price will need to be discovered when it becomes public information, agents cannot disclose anything that isn't currently public information.

Currently available would be the owner, past owners, past sale information and past mortgage information, home details and any information past and current mls information.

Hope this helps,

Israel, your agent who put the offer on the home should be your best resource to find out who has won the offer war if there are multiple offers. Some banks take a little longer to respond but ask your agent to send an email to the listing agent asking for some info on your offer. Most REO, bank owned, realtors respond better to email than to phone calls, good luck.
