the seller accepted an offer on Feb 12th, but it's in UCB status (under contract-accepting backups) which means that the seller is accepting backup offers until they are past some possible contingencies in the contract. Unless you're really attached to this property, I would move on to another. These web sites like Trulia are going to show this type of property (UCB) as "active" which is a little misleading so find an agent that can provide you properties that meet your needs that are active and not UCB. Hope this helps

What you will find is many of the homes are on multiple sites on the internet and not current information. The sites pick up the homes for sale and then fail to update them in a timely fashion, very frustrating for you until you connect with a good Realtor.
