Shame on agents that dont immediately put a sold or pending sign up on a property after a ratifited contract. They still want buyers calling off the sign so they can workum....

As you have read below, that property is under contract. This and other real estate websites are not usually up to date with their information. The only way that you will get accurate and up to date information is to be working with a local agent and have them set up a personalized home search website for you. I would be more than happy to assist you.

Also, if you have a home to sell, I offer a listing fee discount on your current home if you purchase your next home with me. Just my way of saying "Thanks for your business". I like to save money and I know that you do also. I would love to talk with you more about this, so please feel free to call me anytime.

Amelia, unfortunately a lot of the property information on the internet is outdated because there is a lag time between an agents status update and the time it takes to be published on the web. I always call the agent first before writing an offer to avoid waisting my clients time and disappointing them. You are welcome to search on our site to search and if you would like to see a property please feel free to call.

Hi Amelia - I also invite you to look for homes through my website below and I'd also send you MLS links for homes directly to your email. - I live in the West End and would be happy to help you with your home search. If you do not already have your current home listed, I could send you a free CMA and discuss our company's lower commission rate to help sellers in this market keep more of their equity. Please contact me any time if I may be of help - Jan

Great point. When "Self Searching" for a home you may find inaccuracies in the public domains. Many public websites automatically upload to the MLS but dont neccessarily reload new information Good idea to have an agent on your side to assist. . You may also check it out at I also work with a builder in that area who offers wonderful homes with a lot of bang for you buck.

Amelia, the house is under contract. Sometimes agent's simply forget to chanage the status on some sites such as Trulia. The most reliable and up-to-date information can be found thru our MLS system. You are welcome to use my web site to access the system directly. You can do so at

Please let me know if you need additional information or have additional questions.

Hello, Amelia,

Per MLS, this home is under contract, but not yet closed. It did go under contract on 2/6/12, which means that it will most likely close (assuming no issues with buyer or inspections) sometime this month or next. Please let me know if you would like any information on other houses available for sale in this area or any other area of Richmond. Have a great day!
