If the property is a short sale, you can still submit an offer. Otherwise, if the current contract is executed and all contingencies have been met, it is not available to make an offer. I usually contact the listing agent for my buyers and let them know that, in the event the sale falls through, I have a buyer.

The property is considered under constract and you can no longer bid on the property . But if that deal do not go throw it's fair game for anyone who want's to buy. You may can find a home that looks like the property.

When a home is in pending status it is off the market. There are several other properties that you can take a look at. Please feel free to contact me.

Good morning, Yongfeng.

The previous 2 answers are both correct.

This home is currently "Pending" sale, which means that it's under contract but has not officially closed yet. The listing says that it's a large home, which is probably why it was only on the market for 3 days.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you out with.

Good Morning,

This property is now off the market, however, there are currently 15 other properties in the Italian Market neighborhood that are available within the 100k to 150k price range.

If you have any additional questions about this property or any other in Philly, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail.

This property is pending, however, it has been pending since August 18, 2010 after only being on the market for 3 days. Either someone has not updated the status or there is something else happening. The owner is listed as Merrill Lynch First Trust. If you are interested in more info, email me at
