I own 1 br condo-303 Lowell st #4 in Sville, Closed 02/15/2011. Price-$150K. Why in recent sales it appears that unit also sold 07/15/2011 for $215K?

One of the problems with sites on the Net that only sell ads or just collect email addresses to resell it that the info on their pages is often meant to cause you to provide your email and name for resale.
I'd spread the word to use actual real estate professionals' sites rather than ones where the correctness of the data is not as important as gathering and selling your name and email to the highest bidders.

Okay, maybe on MLS it's correct. But if you look that address up on Trulia, Zilow, Redfin etc..it will report 2 sales in 2011- 02/15/2011 and 07/15/2011. How does that happen?

Oops, I said the Lowell area, but it's actually most of MA.

There is only one official MLS for the Lowell area, and only licensed agents with MLS membership have access to that. All the other sites are feeds from various sources, so they may not have accurate or up to date info.

The information is correct on the MLS. Are you obtaining the information from a third party site? Their info is often incomplete and/or incorrect.

Unit 22 in that building sold 07/15/2011-$215K .MASS land records has the correct info for the 07/15/2011 unit 22 sale. How come all the MLS sites do not?
