I noticed the property that is listed on Baffin Ave which has begun the foreclosure process. Can you please send some pictures in/outside?

Does the home have a pool? how large is the yard? Any basement? Anything wrong with the home?

Jan Zipf, the property on Baffin has received a Lis pendens notice. This is a publically recorded notice that the owners have received. This does not mean that the property is available for sale. It is not for sale. The owners have many remedies at their disposal to bring the property current.

Providing you with pictures would be appropriate if the property was listed for sale. Right now it is a private residence.

There are other properties for sale on Davis Island whch might meet your interest and needs. A better description of what you are looking for in a property would be helpful to provide additional information.

Until then,

Best regards,

It's not on the market. Trulia only showing you foreclosures to get you to subscribe to RealtyTrack. Notice they don't offer the house number. Easy enough to figure it out. Could be a great opportunity. Now would be a good time to pursue. I'd start by contacting the owner.

Although the house is going into foreclosure it is not currently listed for sale. As a matter of fact not a single house on Baffin Ave in Tampa are currently listed. So unfortunately there are no pictures and they would do little good at this point. The owner may still resolve the issue or may decide to try a short sale. But until they decide to list it or until the bank takes it and lists it, there is not much you can do but watch and wait.
