I'm looking to move up from my nice colonial in lower Weston to a bigger house.

I'm interested in understanding how the spread between 3000 sq foot (approx) houses and 5000 square foot houses (approx) has changed during the last year or so.

I have been a resident of Weston for over 13 years. It is very difficult to answer your questions because of all the variables involved. The best suggestion that I can give you is to either go on my website or email me to set up a date/time to discuss. What I can say is that depending on the home/land/location - whether it's new construction or resale - the market time overall has been longer but certainly if the home is priced well it should move quicker. As you know the real estate market has changed during the past year. In fact the real estate market changes from day to day. If a house is priced correctly then it will sell. There are many factors one must take into consideration when pricing a house for buying or selling. Without having all the facts it is impossible to give you informatiion on spreads between a 3000 sq ft house and a 5000 sq ft house.
