Hi William,

You need to call your local tax assessor office in your town pronto!
In most towns that I know of the cut off for filing is April 01.

You may be out of luck until next year!

talk to a local agent or appraiser. There are time frames for when appeals are made. There are also ratios but pretty much always the assessment is at or below market value. Speak with your assessor also as some are far easier to work with than others.

The time period for filing may have pass but nothing is the norm these days,so give it a shot, just might be your lucky day.

Unless your town went through a revaluation, the state law requires tax appeals to be filed on or before April 1.
