I have full salvage rights for my high end home before developers raze everything to prep for new development. What is the best way to get best $?

Demo companies typcially own salvage stores will discount the cost harvest the materials for resale.

To get the best money, I would think you would have to do the selling of individual items yourself. Craigslist and ebay would be my suggestion. If items are large and not easily shipped then craigslist may be your best option. As for companies that will not get you the best money.

There are only a couple of salvage companies I know about around here. They may not want to pay much though.

You might also advertise individual items on craigslist.....water heater, AC, toilets, sinks, appliances, etc.

You might just go through the house part by part and then look up used part dealers to see if they would buy what you have.
