I'm happy to check it out for you. I have 2 investors currently buying in properties N of the river. Cash on cash return is more valuable to my guys. Please let me know if I can help.

Hi Cherry,

I am an investor who is looking for more rental properties. I'd be happy to view the property and make you a cash offer. Contact me at your convenience.

Hello! There are quite a few "turn key" properties in KC. Investors have been a little spoiled over the last 3-4 years so ROI needs to be 20-25%.

I am currently working with several rental income investors. The minimum metric that they are typically looking for is 1%. Where is your rental home located?
