The property in reference is not an active property for sale. The company that posted this on Trulia, Realty Trac, post properties that have "Lis Pendens" aka pending lawsuits on them that may eventually become a foreclosed property. They post any properties that are in the pre-foreclosure process. They pull the property information from the county records and then post the listing on their site and other sites like Truila, Zillow, Homes.com... Unfortunately this is sometimes very deceiving for prospective buyers because the price shown is usually not the price the property is for sale for. And the property may not ever be for sale if the owners settle the law suit(s) and the liens on their property. Most of the time, the price you see on Realty Trac's website is the price they consider fair market value to be for the property. This however may not be the actual price the property will be listed for sale. Some of Realty Trac's listings are accurate listings, however by the time you are able to see them as active listings on their site they most likely will be already under contract. This is due to the fact that it takes them a longer amount of time to post the property for sale on their site than receiving the information from a Realtor (Web Syndication). My recommendation is to work with a Realtor that specializes with selling foreclosures that can provide you with accurate up to date information from their MLS (multiple listing services) database. If you have any questions or would like more information on properties in the area, please don't hesitate to contact me.
