Properties without a full street address and an attractive price are usually too good to be true.

Condos will usually have high HOA dues as pointed out earlier. Also check how many condos are being listed for lease in that neighborhood. If the number is high, it will affect occupancy rates, rent prices etc and may not meet your income expectation.

1. I don't see any foreclosures currently listed at Marquis. This is likely what they're talking about.
2. If there is no address, typically it is not really for sale.
3. Condos rarely work well for investments here.....due to super high HOA dues....like near $300/month at Marquis.

If you still really like this place, or if you are looking for a place to live vs. invest, that might be a great option. In fact one of the few options in this price range.

The closest listing that I found is already under contract. It was 14277 Preston Road #622F in Dallas, TX and is currently under contract pending the finalization of the sale. There is also another condo for sale near Preston Road in Dallas in the $65,000 range. It's located at the Oaks of Preston Ridge condos.

Please know that when you hire a Realtor to work for you, they will be able to run various searches for you - and these searches will only include homes still available at that time. Hi Manish,

Like most agent says o nhere that the link that was provided didnt give an actual address.

Which means this listing is still going thru foreclosure process. Often times, it takes about 1 month - 6 months for a REO property to become avaliable.

Meanwhile you can check with local realtors to see what is on the market that is active fits your criteria.
