Ms. Linda,

Your house listing has expired. It is no longer active. I dont work for Trulia; perhaps it will take a while for it to come off of this site.

The $50,000 price is misleading. It is what your builder paid for your lot before he built your home and sold it to you.

I suggest you contact Trulia directly to determine when your listing will be removed.

Linda,
I can understand you frustration with this 'listing'. I have no idea who posts information like this. It is indeed misleading. However, I do see on the listing that the house was built in 2004. It would stand to reason that the sale in 2003 was a builder purchasing the vacant lot for $50,000.

Best Regards, Dan
