Let me know if you still want to see property, most of the agents in Marco require atleast 24 hours notice because it is season and a lot of homes are rented on the island. The home you picked is nice, but for that price there are some better deals on the island. I look forward speaking to you.

I just sold my listing on Marco and it will close on the 27th. It is waterfront for the same money. I work with foreclosures and part of getting them through is knowing the market and knowing what he value is. If you are looking for a good deal do not try and buy future appreciation.
