This amount being foreclosed is a secondary loan and you would not own the home for this amount. It is located on a small city size lot quite close to Zuma Beach - walking distance.

Why not tell me your price range and specific requirements and I can email you properties that fit the bill. Malibu is 26 miles of coastline long - so if either you or your husband have to commute, location is important - from where will you be working? Did you want horses? a pool or room for a pool? and finally, for what amount of loan are you approved?

I have to still answer the question Andy,

I am sorry to say, you will NEVER get this property for $350K, it's currently listed as a short sale for $2.5M & on top of that you may have to come up with a cash contribution in the neighborhood of $100K to get all liens to release & agree to the short sale + agree to never pursue the seller in the future for a deficiency judgment.

Not to worry, I'll find a place that will work for you & will be as short as possible a commute to USC.
