There are a lot of real estate websites that do not have updated listing information. Trulia for instance relies on individual agents to upload and manage listings. They do not have a direct feed from the mls.

To get live up to date property info use a website like ours, Territory, com

Here is everything on the market in Wakefield:

Hope that helps!

When you use sites on the Net that are only designed to sell ads, or to collect your name and email rather than to provide accurate and current info, you run into this problem.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help you find a great property.

The ones on Carriage Lane go from 1,060,000 to 1,300,000 This is not the typical pricing for the Wakefield market.

HI Sam,

To answer your question in regards to price. Prices in Wakefield are ranging from a low of $200,000. to the high of 1.3M, which is one of three on Carriage Lane. Most homes in Wakefield sell for the high $300s to the mid to high $400s, with new construction usually in the mid $600s to mid $700s. As always, location plays a large part in values. Carriage Lane is a new cluster housing development situated on the shore of Lake Quanapowitt and commands a premium price.

In the past six months 113 single family homes have sold and currently there are only 23 homes on the market. The spring market will be starting soon (Usually Feb.) There are some very nice homes on the market now and there should be more very soon.
