manuelsolis1…, Home Owner in Santa Clarita, CA

I am being advised to create an LLC to "shelter" a rental property in order to qualify for college financial aid. Do you agree?

This rental property is located in SOCAL and almost paid off; however, I don't understand how LLCs work or what the consequences of doing this will be in the future.
